Chris Papacharalampous

Senior Semantic Engineer

Chris is a Senior Semantic Engineer at Semantic Partners with more than seven years of experience building and maintaining production knowledge graphs. Previous work includes a domain ontology of millions of catalogue terms, kept under strict version control with a full PROV-O change history, and a GraphRAG proof of concept that grounded AI agent retrieval in an upper ontology. When an agent gives a wrong or incomplete answer, Chris looks for the gap in the knowledge layer that caused it and fixes it there. Chris holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
